3.1 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active garuda365 account. This includes one account per IP address, per device, per phone number, and per financial information (bank account or eWallet). Opening multiple accounts is a serious breach of garuda365's terms.

If garuda365 detects or confirms the existence of duplicate accounts held by the same individual, all associated accounts will be closed without prior notice, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and the player will be permanently banned from the garuda365 platform.

3.2 Account Security

You may request a withdrawal from your garuda365 account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You have no outstanding bonus rollover requirements on your balance.
